7. Retention


We retain personal information for no longer than needed for the purposes described:

  • Inquiries (Contact Us): 12 months after our last interaction with you, unless we need to keep information longer to resolve issues, establish or defend legal claims, or comply with law

  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or request deletion; we keep a suppression record to honor opt-out requests

  • Analytics/logs: 14 months or the shortest period supported by our tools


We may retain backups or archives for limited periods consistent with our retention practices.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including:

  • Vendor due diligence for key service providers
    No security method is perfect. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Careers and recruiting


Our website links to a Coda-hosted Careers page that contains a job application form. Job application information submitted through that Coda page is processed by that service and is subject to its own privacy policy. EQORE does not control Coda’s processing. If EQORE receives your application data (for example, by email or through Coda), we process it for recruiting purposes under our legitimate interests (e.g., to assess and properly vet potential hires) and as required by applicable employment laws. Additional recruiting notices or disclosures may apply and will be provided where required.

13. Third-party services and links


Our site may link to third-party sites or services (including Coda). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

14. Do Not Track


Your browser may offer a Do Not Track (DNT) setting. Our site does not currently respond to DNT signals. In the EEA/UK, we rely on the cookie banner for consent choices. Elsewhere, you can manage cookies through your browser or site settings.
